Job Description
The role of this position, IT Integration Analyst:
- Define, Build, and Improve data analysis and reporting.
- Build metrics and dashboards
- Create collaboration and analytical mechanisms using the full MS365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Planner, Lists, Forms, Workflows, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Integrate various data sets and SharePoint site across the department.
- Lead assigned/applicable ITIO efforts, ensuring matters are effectively managed.
- Translate strategic direction from leadership into detailed action plans
- Facilitate process definition, mapping, and data set identification/standardization/maturity
- Engineer and implement standard processes in a matrixed environment whereby data can be aggregated and used in repeatable health assessments
- Identify cross department interconnections and correlations to ensure holistic governance and data driven reporting
- Support existing IT homeroom processes to generate data standardization and decision recommendations
- Drive compliance and cost-optimization programs, lead reconciliations, support health checks, audits, benchmarks, etc.
- Participate in various special assignments related to general IT organization, projects, cost reduction initiatives and coordination
