Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Level 4 IT Project Manager to lead our most complex, high[1]impact, and large-scale technology initiatives. As a Project Manager at HII, you'll lead complex, multi[1]disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with cross-functional partners across the company, business stakeholders, IT Management, enterprise resources, managed service providers, and vendors. You will act as a strategic orchestrator to deliver measurable business value. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (such as cloud migrations, ERP implementations, or major infrastructure overhauls) on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, has a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. This role bridges the gap between technical mplementation and business impact-ensuring projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
